PESuite
PESuite is a set of command line utilities for working with Windows Portable Executable (PE) files. They were formerly bundled with PECompact and are now a stand-alone project. Most support PE+ (PE64), and they accept wildcards and directory recursion.
For software developers. These utilities change executable files directly and are not meant for general use.
